SC Mechanical

Traditionally, this family of grades has acquired its printability by filler addition and then supercalendering. The latter is increasingly being done on-machine by soft calendering, commencing from the lower quality end. The main use of SC papers has been for magazine gravure and offset printing in Europe – particularly Germany. Other uses include inserts and flyers.

Grammage: 45 – 60 g/m2
